UMF Stjarnan in Gardabær is one of Iceland’s largest sports clubs. Residents of all ages can take part in seven competitive sports or in recreational activities.
Gardabær has outstanding sports facilities, swimming pools and excellent outdoor activity areas. There is also a golf course, an equestrian centre, a chess association and other sports groups.
