Closure due to asphalting on Norðurnesvegur

Updated: The section will not be paved on May 28th due to weather. The plan is to pave the section on May 29th, weather permitting.

Tomorrow, Thursday, May 28th, Loftorka will be working on paving on Norðurnesvegur, between Eyvindastaðavegur and Sjávargata, weather permitting.

We will start at around 9 am and work will continue until the next day.

The street section will be closed to all traffic during the construction, but a detour will be provided via Suðurnesvegur, as shown on the attached closure plan.
