The sports center at Álftanes has a variety of facilities for exercise and outdoor activities for everyone.
The sports center has:
- Álftaneslaug
- multi-purpose sports hall (22x44 meters)
- outdoor football field
- Gym health fitness
In the vicinity of the sports center there is also a 9-hole golf course and great walking and jogging trails.

Álftaneslaug
Álftaneslaug is located by Breiðamýri in Álftanes and offers a bright, warm and relaxed environment. The pool has the only wave pool in the country and a large water slide.
