Accessibility
Álftaneslaug has very good facilities for disabled people.
- Special changing rooms for people with disabilities are located in the swimming pool's gender-segregated changing rooms.
- Special bathing wheelchairs are available in both cabins for use outside in the pool area.
- There is a pool lift at the outdoor pool to move people with disabilities into and out of the pool in a wheelchair.

Guests of swimming pools in Garðabær can pay for themselves with the Garðakortin. The card can be carried on a phone or as a plastic top-up card.
