Ásgarðslaug is located in the Ásgarður Sports Center in the center of Gardabær. The pool offers a quiet and pleasant environment and has good facilities for all age groups.

In Ásgarðslaug there is:
- 25-meter swimming pool with 5 lanes (29°C).
- Children's pool (65 cm deep) with 2 massage jets (32°C)
- Wading pool and slide for younger children (35°C).
- 2 hot tubs with massage (39°C and the other 42°C).
- Cold pot (6–8°C).
- Sauna (47°C).
- Outdoor cabins.
Accessibility
There are first-class facilities for disabled people in the changing rooms. There is also a wheelchair lift that transports people into the pool.

Guests of swimming pools in Garðabær can pay for themselves with the Garðakortin. The card can be kept digitally on a phone or as a plastic refill card.
