Results of the municipal elections in Gardabaer
The results of the municipal elections in Garðabær on May 16, 2026 are available. Voter turnout in Garðabær was 73.9%, which is a considerably higher turnout than in 2022 (64.1%).
Four lists received representatives elected to the municipal council, the Independence Party's D-list received 8 representatives, the Social Democratic Party's S-list received 1 representative, the Progressive Party's B-list received 1 representative and the Garðabæjarlistan's G-list received 1 representative.
