Master plan of Gardabær
A master plan is a municipal planning plan that sets out the town's policy on land use, transportation and service systems, environmental issues, and urban development over a period of at least 12 years.
Subdivision plan
A local plan is a plan for a defined area that forms a coherent unit, such as a neighborhood, part of a neighborhood, street block, or cluster of houses.
Transport Agreement
It was a turning point when the state and the 6 municipalities in the capital area reached an agreement on a shared vision for future transportation projects. In the fall of 2024, the transportation agreement was updated and extended with coordinated time and cost plans and funding until 2040.
